Ugh, I misunderstood the contest questions. I was thinking in terms of "how" you complete a project in terms of your approach and project management skills, not 'the extent to which you display integrity, ethics and civility in your work, and actually everything you do.'
I think the latter is more on the mark of the book "How", and certainly an intriguing topic for a book.
The "HOW" is always what matters most to me - in the sense of "in what manner." For example, interpersonally, you can do something with kindness and respect, or harshly and judgementally. When I was younger and more strident and sure I knew how the world worked, I certainly thought the "what" you did what more important than the "how". (And I thought I knew exactly what everyone, including myself, SHOULD do and at what schedule and why!)
But with a few years of living under my belt, I've come to the realization that life is much better all around if you prioritize "how" you do things, how you treat others, how you accomplish your goals. The why and the what are important too, but the "how" is what you, and others, will remember the most, and what leaves traces of bitterness or of fondness behind, after all the rest is forgotten.
Hey all you inBubbleReaders...I sure hope you check in tomorrow. You'll want to be part of it.
